Refund and Returns Policy

Returns
Our returns policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since the receipt of your item, unfortunately, we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

You are eligible to cancel your order at any point up until the order is marked as ‘completed’. 

Because of the nature of certain items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and sent back to the address as stipulated on the postage label.

If an item was delivered broken/damaged, please send a clear image of the item and the damages to orders@crypto-cave.store and we will look in to the matter. Please see our policy on exchanges below for more information.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to inspect and approve/reject the refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and the payment amount will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If, after the timeframes listed above, you have not received your refund, please contact us at orders@crypto-cave.store and we will endeavour to look in to the matter. Please note that there is often a delay in processing time by the bank if payments are made using credit/debit cards.

Sale items 
Our refund policy also applies to items that are on sale.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at orders@crypto-cave.store with a picture of the item and damage caused. This will allow us to inspect the item and process your request. Please allow us up to 3 business days to respond to the request. We will then email you to notify you of our approval or rejection of the exchange request. Providing that the request is approved, the replacement item will be sent to you in line with our shipping timescales.
Please do not return damaged or defective items as this will incur unnecessary costs.
